A bit irritating... but you can't blame them for wanting more information. I went through the process to get my limits raised and they required a copy of your most recent bank statement and something else I think. Email [email protected] and ask them for instructions. It takes a few days and goes quicker if you email them back an image of what they are asking for instead of faxing it back.
