all the hardcore breeders use bare tanks with 2 sponge or box filters changed on opposing time schedules then just airflow they honestly do great in such a clean simple setup with high temps [85-90]
30 or 40 breeders are the ultimate tanks for this but any tank with decent surface area to gallon content ratio will do
just dont use a 45 show or something .. 36x12x24 = terrible tanks, good for aboreal reptiles that is about it or something with remote filtration & oxygen exchange
