MAJOR compensation from some broke ass chinese guy that doesnt have a single $? dont think so..

we got a total redesign ready to launch within two days done by the awesome guys at www.bluedesignstudios.com .. so once again.. its purely the principle here as the site wont look much alike in a few days. And the girl in the logo has been done by our previous designer, but as far as i know that doesnt make it copyrighted. Don't you have to register it at some place? the entire logo that is? Haven't done this before, so im curious about it.
