Does the author accept feature suggestions ? Yes. Already implementing some.
Can you choose which feed items to include and exclude ? Yes any post pulled in can be edited or deleted.
Any plans to add ping ? Already in.
If any images are in the feed can it grab them and save them locally ? Not as of yet but it's something I've already asked for.
