I have a question, I've been chatting on ICQ to some guy that swears he's from China and learned English at college. He says he lives in China. Is he just taking me for a ride, or is it possible that he has access to ICQ? I just figured their government might not allow ICQ chatting because of the possible chatting to free people? Anyone?
