Calgary put in a law this year that i think its 10-10 rule, no noise before 10am and no noise after 10pm.
my neighbours are both a little weird, one family to my right hase the words taped on their window.
"you know we miss you"
and this got put up about a few weeks ago, maybe someone ran away i dunno, but it is might creepy.
