Hey guys

I need someone who is KICKASS at flash to do some really fancy Flash graphics for our new program design. I'm not after half ass designers who can do some basic/medium Flash. I really need someone who is REALLY GOOD at Flash!

We also need some GFY banners made up in flash too. If you've done some for others in the past that would help too.
