things i wanted were a bar, a sauna, a jacuzzi tub AND indoor jacuzzi, a big garage, a workspace for woodworking, a playroom with pooltable and arcade games, a hobby room, a great room for entertaining several people and an office with a library feel.

best bet is to make a list of stuff you like when visiting others homes or even features you liked at a hotel on vacation
