most ain't worth much. Leased not owned content in them is worthless and if the guy sells paysite and then gets all the affiliates to change to his new program you be fucked. Only thing you're buying the is hope the existing clients won't cancel their recurring memberships and they all do cancel in a couple of months no matter what the seller says about how long they stay.
I'd say the value is probally 2 months revenuw minus expensis which would make it about a 1/2 months gross revenue or less.
Much much better to buy a free site that owns licence to their content and has real trafic going through it. Then you OWN everything and can just slap up any old paysite made from scratch and make bank off it.
Traffic = money. Period.
