I wanted a tat at 16. My parents would not allow it. I'm glad because I would have put some something stupid I'm sure.

As I grew older I still wanted one but didn't want to just pick one off the wall. I knew that when the time was right, I would get one.

Last year I was in Bangkok... 16 years later... I woke up one morning and the only thing on my mind was "today is the day" and I rolled with it. I knew the image I wanted, I knew how big, I knew exactly what I wanted, so I pulled the trigger and found the right artist that had the same vision I did and together we drew up what it was going to be.

My first sitting was a little over 8 ours of needle work. 3 months later I sat for 2 more hours for some touch ups. It's still not complete but the biggest dilemma now is to leave it as (shadow style) is or to color it. One day I'm sure I will wake up and know.
