CFS was not using them for "adult" (porn,nudity,sex,etc..) They were using them for people to make donations for Hurricane victims. Regular people were using their own pay pal accounts to transfer money to another pay pal account so that money could be donated to people who need it. Absolutly nothing to do with "adult". It's one thing to say their service can not be used for "adult" purposes, now they are saying they don't want people involved in the adult industry to use their services even for non adult purposes. Discrimination ?
