The Softail was never built for speed.
I've owned a lot of bikes over the years including many Japanese bikes. I've had faster, I've had sleeker. None have been more fun and enjoyable to ride than this bike.
I think that you're a real motorcycle rider and fan you can understand to appreciate the strengths of any bike.
