What sucks the worst about getting pulled over is that while you're on the side of the road getting ticketed there are people with the same or worse violations driving by saying damn, glad that's not me.

Try to tell a cop you were going with the "flow of traffic".

I tried that once he said to me. "Do you fish?"

I said, "what does fishing have to do with driving?"

He said, "it has nothing to do with driving, it has to do with getting caught"

I said, "i've fished before."

He said, "okay you've got a school of fish under your boat. You have one hook and one piece of bait. You drop it in the water. How many fish are you going to catch?"

I said, "with my luck probably none."

He said, "Alright wise guy, I was trying to make a point. You're going to catch one fish. The rest get away that time. You'll be back for them, and some other dumb fish will land on your hook. One at a time, that's how I do it. Those other cars got away this time, but they are dumb fish. I'll hook them eventually. Sign here and have a good day."
