FlashCa$h pays for surfers that join using check as well. They allow separate tracking for check sales as well as paying the full sale amount if the check clears.
TCG as already mentioned pays a flat rate regardless of whether or not the check clears.
I dislike sponsors that don't pay affiliates for check sales.
