The swastica is a form of solar cross emphasising movement. The Hindu's associated it with Ganesh and the anti-clockwise form to refer to Kali (a symbology of duality like Ying and Yang to the Taoists). Bhuddists use it to refer to Dharma which might be expressed in quantum terms as stasis. The word is sanskrit and it means well-being.

But I think it is quite offensive to think of the Celtic Cross like this "the cross sign in the bottom right is something racist or nazi i think, white power or some shit". The Celtic Cross is not racist, and it should not be assumed as such. As a liberal person would you tell a muslim his koran is a terrorist manual? no. So I think you should extend the same courtesy here by avoiding to referring to the Celtic Cross as being racist. If anything (and I just noticed this) you could of mentioned the American History X image in that picture for your grounds on assuming he was a neo-Nazi, not the fucking Celtic Cross.
I understand your logic, but you have to step back and look on this in the same way you would treat other such issues (such as instances where historic Jewish symbols (say the Star of David), or Islamic symbols (the Cresent) are used by similar such groups).
