Fuck that, here's what I'd do.

It's gotta be easy to whack a mentally retarded guy and cover it up. He could mysteriously die in a fire, or drown to death in his bath tub. Heck, he could even accidentally poison himself in a tragic cooking accident. People that abuse animals don't know how to share the earth.
