It's actually easier simply to fill in forms at a bank and costs nothing.
In several banks they can operate one account for you and under that is almost any currency in the world. This is retained in whatever currency (unless ya ask em to change it) and bottom line is a grand total in the account in X currency.. Euros, US$ or whatever.
The other bit that *may* be relevant for.. eg.. EU processing, is VISA's cross-border rules, - tho there are 101 ways to skin a cat legally.
