I'm in Tsawassen, in a posh basement suite. $900 a month gets me 900 sq. ft. of laminate fake hardwood floors, drop ceilings, track lighting, and a full backyard and a house alarm with my own security code. Oh, and parking. Cable, internet access, power, in suite laundry, is all included. I'm happy.
