Romania isn't the only place where you don't need a lot of money to live.... A lot of nice countries in Eastern Europe are very pleasant to live, and very cheap (Bulgary, Hungary, Slovenia....)
but how is the lifestyle? clubs, bars, restaurants, and what not.
