I can't tell you how many times I've heard this. If I'm promoting a site like Facial Abuse or any exclusive site for that matter, i'm going to use the content that the surfer will see in the tour. Sure I can buy content, but unless I'm using my own content from my own paysite, why should I?
I've been submitting for around 6 years now... I've always used sponser content and I've had no problem making a living for myself.
As far as the topic at hand... Start mailing TGP webmasters, applying for accounts, and making cleaner galleries. Crop the thumbs, correct the color/contrast and work on identifying the best structure for optimum CTR. It's all trial and error my friend, but a pre-made database is only goot for 5k gallery hits max.
