A) a refund and a chargeback are very different. I gave you the refund to avoid your chargeback.
B) We use to and still can charge alot of money to even be listed on bangthumbs, but we wanted to keep variety, not have the same links every single day pushing the same sponsor (even though most people were pushing us) We were selling out the first 2 rows at 1500 a thumb and had a waiting list.
We charge 39.95 not to "Scam" anyone, we charge it so we can ban people and keep the site clear of cheaters (Hell I think we even created this stuff, buying the recurring partner account). It begins to get pretty hard to cheat the system unless you have 25 credit cards and 25 friends that dont care. Hell alot of people are locked in at 4.95 and even 9.95 pricing structures. I know people that are making thousands of dollars every month and paying 39.95 a month, these people are not complaining, they are following the rules, the galleries are nice and they get listed.
C) submitters get accepted. If the gallery is good, it goes on the main page, if the gallery is good or we have too many people pushing that sponsor on the main page it goes on the archive.. You get traffic from both.
If you call allowing people to join at 39.95 a month and can have the ability to make thousands scamming, then I guess I am scamming you all.
D) And had you chargebacked, you would of had your card blacklisted by Paycom, making it basically useless.
