I go to the gym monday through friday. All resistance training with freeweights (barbells, dumbbells, and some cable work depending on the muscle group). I have a new partner so I'm there a bit longer than usual, depending on the muscle group once again, I'm there anywhere from an hour (minimum) to 2 hours.
I took a week off recently because I thought I was over training... it was HORRIBLE! I could never imagine continually SITTING on the computer for months on end, day in, day out without working out or at least performing some type of exercise regularly. It makes me feel like shit.
Since that is the "standard" for most of everyone here (involved with computers), they don't know how much better they really would feel throughout the day if they exercised regularly and didn't eat shit 24/7.
I'm working on a new version of my online fitness training site HealthyGo and it's going to be 200x better than what it was before. I can guarantee it's going to be everything a person looking to lose fat or build muscle would want to help reach their goals, both workout-wise and diet-wise. I can't wait till it's done! I'll let everyone know once it is finished.
