How do you print (display) IP in a form (PHP)?

I just want to collect it and print, hidden or not I don't care.

I am going to then pass it to a notification script. That I can do, I just don't know the line code to collect and print the ip.

Thank you. Everything I can seem to find is on ASP or SSI.
