This is the first time to my knowledge blogger admits they delete blogs that do not follow their TOC. It's a shame, i also have a couple of old blogs on blogger (yup, even me)
One might consider using
thumblogger, it's a free adult blog host which is in business for over 1 year without experiencing any problems.
