Actually, you are quite correct. But, considering that it is already a 12 second car, you don't need to modify it for performance.
If I had a viper, I think 450 HP would do
and I would like to improve it's looks like this guy did...

Although, I think this may be one of the earlier models at 415 HP - not sure about that, I think the '93 model had 450)
