However, my working theory is if you are a US citizen then no matter where you live you still have to follow US laws. Same goes if you are a non US citizen and company but are selling your products to people in the US. You still have to follow the U.S's laws. That or expect a long wait in the customs office if you ever visit this country.
Using your weed site as an example.. Let's say I moved to Columbia and started selling cocaine to people in the US.. Don't yea think the US govt would come after me or at least try like hell?

theyll try like hell yes for sure. even here with weed being legal up to certain standards its impossible to get a processor to work with, Ive tried that long ago, not even for real just for fun, cause some dailup 1-900 guy here said hed sell anything.
still you can get away with a lot here, a lot more then in the US. sometimes thats bad sometimes thats good.
lemme quote an example : last year the police came up with a new law, what and how you could swear at them, so fuck off is ok moron too but asshole isnt. dont you just love how everything is discussable here. the US police would put you in jail the first time youre telling them to fuck off immediately.
