People can sue under a theory of copyright law called "trade dress"--where a trademark, while different, is confusingly similar to another trademark as to dilute that trademark's value. Asides from slight font similarities, the color, the shape, and usage of Brad's logo is dissimilar enough as to probably defeat a "trade dress" claim.
