I just see that there are plenty of webmasters with 5k TGP's making nothing and they will never have the traffic to trade with the "mega TGPs" and get 50k a day to their banner. But if 20 of these webmasters pool the traffic on one TGP then that TGP can trade with the mega TGPs and thus become a mega TGP itself.
