You need experience in running a successful site first.

After that:

I have the domain, TM3, Gallery script and I can allocate about 50/k per day of feeder traffic.

You do the work.

Thumb or text, TGP or CJ I don't care too much but I'd almost rather see a CJ site.

We split the ads and the hosted galleries (if you want it to be TGP).

If you want it to be a CJ then I'll give you 20% of the traffic it generates instead of galleries.

I just don't want to do the labor of building it and running it.

Thoughts?
