Exactly! I was there almost 20 years ago when these laws entered legislation and was rooting for them.
In those days women, kids, old folks and even guys were getting their teeth kicked in on a regular basis. The cops couldn't arrest the perpetrator because the victims
wouldn't file a complaint. Then some GENIUS finally realized that they wouln't file a complaint because THEY WERE AFRAID!
It was an act of TERRORISM.
So nowadays if you show your ass, the cops will flow your ass....right to jail.
