no of course not but Bushies regime has been in heavy duty damage control mode since Abu Graib(sp?) they know it can embarass them. And those photos we're an embarassment, many of the soldier's statements if real, we're disgusting. The Bushies want to hide this side of war from public exposure and xanx's pornswap makes it easier for them to get away with. Everything in court can become public record unless the judge seals it. If his Lawyer gets backed into a corner he'd be wise to submit it all as discovery and get it flying on TV's & newspapers around the nation. And then come out and call this what it is- a wartime government cover up.
