What would posting text from the act prove? Until the issue reaches the Supreme Court and they render a decision, whether sections of the act are unconstitutional is a matter of opinion.
The Patriot Act will be judged but not for a number of years yet.
What is important is the student's right to have an opinion, and his right to express it without government intimidation. You may want to think about the 1st amendment to your constitution.
