i fry foods in nothing BUT Olive Oil (Extra Virgin).
I put it in a skillet, turn on the heat, 5 mins later drop my food in. just like you would with any other oil/fryer.
is it possible? hell ya. i do it a couple times a week. is it healthy? yup! is it expensive? hell ya
