What's wrong with you? If you are owed $400 by somebody you can't complain about it when you are not getting paid? Why not? Because it's "just" 400? It's a mather of principle...... if someone owes you, wether it is $20 or $400 or $5000 they better pay up. You where good enough to pay it so they should be good enough to pay it back or DO THE FUCKING WORK. He/she didn't have "personal problems" when they took the money didn't they? I'm sick of watching these "shut the fuck up, it's $400 bla bla bla bla" remarks when people ask for their owed work and/or money.
If someone takes the payment then DO THE WORK OR PAY IT BACK, very simple.
