So help me on this one...

I have a guy I have 5k sent to to do some work nearly a year ago...

We go back and forth several times on why the job is not getting done etc.

Understand, I vouched for the guy said he can get the job done and I have a very high level of respect for....

After months of bullshit excuse after bullshit excuse... I finally get in touch and say "Hey make it right you cashed the check you spent the money...and now you simply need to complete what was discussed and let us move forward.

SO no question......check gets cut and the guy has literally given one excuse after another and tells me "I will try"

FUCKING TRY?????????

Good people give you 5k and you will try to see what you can do.....

I was under the impressoin things are back on track and of course...nothing....so I call the guy and say some choice (I was not happy) words and say "Get it done and we go back to being cool" I asked that he call the person who cut him a check and just check in......and it apperars I have been blown off.

I have dinner witht the guy tonight and politely he says "Crickets dude....your boy never called"

So do I write a story about fraud in the trades mentioning this case study....

How do I go and deal with this person who I might add is a FREQUENT POSTER ON BOARDS WHEN HE COULD BE FUCKING CALLING MY GUY....

I know you are reading this.......time to put this on Ice and move forward....make the call or I will be outting you and we will have a nice little thread going....you have at this point stolen five thousand dollars from someone......who simply trusted you.

I think you should pick up the phone or this could be a very high profile week for you...
