It is a fake pic and all the hype is because Apple has a new product announcement on the 12th. I believe Apple also said that no it is not a Video iPod as they received something like 50,000 emails about it being a video iPod. Although they coud just be saying it is not a Video iPod coming out and it is. Spin the rumor mill!
