Some (not all, and probably not the majority, but some) do it simply because they want to see sexy curves looking back at them in the mirror. They have their own ideals as to what being beautiful is and want to satisfy them. These girls even cover up when they go clubbing, not wanting the attention from dipshit guys. They'd have it done even if they were going to spend the rest of their lives secluded on a desert island, it's 100% "for them".

Similar to aftermarket wheels on a car, I do it because I want to see the package looking good to myself, I could give a shit what anyone else thinks.
