Plastic surgery for your own personal reasons and not someone else's can probably be a big booster for the old self-esteem.
Now this is when a sugar daddy would be real nice.......my man is way too broke to ever pay for anything like that :-) I mean, he actually had a cow when I bought a 50$ pair of jeans the other day (with my own money). ugh!
