Unfortunately, Server stats are the most accurate. If you're not seeing it you may not be getting it. I also use AWStats.
Keep in mind though that you will have to look over up to 3 days to see one days worth of traffic because most server stats reset at midnight server time and update all stats then.

Thanks for the info. I will look over the 3 day period like you mentioned to see if that is how it is showing.
