I am looking to get a serious mega TGP built with 2 other partners. Both of them are newbies when it comes to marketing/traffic. I will be teaching them everything I know and some. The 3 of us are in house. We all live within 5-10 miles... How do you split up profits on a site?

Granted I already paid for the Design/Scripts/Hosting

My Job Marketing/Trades/Scripts/hosting/design/html

They would be coders/script installers/html labor/ideas

If the site becomes big (pulling in 1,000+) a day how do you split the income earned. How do you divide whos link codes go up.
