I don't think this is porn related as much as it seems. This seems to be a loophole for the Army to go in and seize the list of soldiers who sent the images. I mean why would you look for a customer list if you are simply charging someone with obscenity? Seems like an abuse of power. Then again, look at our President and Governor of that state. Shouldn't surprise anyone.
