i'm sorry hon, i hope it all gets resolved before they have your pics for too long.  right after i commented here, i received a bunch of ICQ's and sure enough, someone had stolen my pictures:

as you can see, luckily, he is on GFY and removed them - he said someone submitted them to him as their ex-girlfriend (but i have yet to receive an email stating who that was). best of luck to you in your situation!
