Its also biological evolution. The younger a woman is [past puberty of course] the higher the chance that she can bring babies to term--hence males would try to mate with her first then more mature women.

As much as we would like to think that our preferences and definition of beauty are personal, they are to some extent influenced by evolutionary considerations.
