I won't sell for less than $200. I have stats available. The blog uses wordpress and I can setup and transfer the script and all settings and posts to your host so you don't have to do anything.
Internal pages are listed on google in a week or less and ranked on the first page depending on how competitive the targetted keywords are, so it's a good site to get se traffic.
