think mostly vegetarian, mostly raw foods, and eat the right foods. you need aerobic type exercise for optimum heart health, not resistance training. (ride your fuckin' bike everyday)
change your lifestyle or die early. sitting hours in front of a monitor eating fast food is a one-way ticket to an early grave.
