Go in for another blood draw. And be real strict with the 12 hour prior to draw fast.

My doc said not after midnight. Their office doesn't open till 9:30 or so. So that would be 9-10 hours..... Go for the 12 hours I guess or ask your doctor. I think most of us here got our medical degrees at GFY.

Common sense too helps. Water = good, Mountain Dew = bad.
