Exercise is needed to combat the Tri's..
Also my doctor told me to get on to some Fish oil Supplements or some shit like that.
But im on the same boat as you.
Blood pressure is good, Chlosterol is fine, and glucose is fine.
But my Triglycerides are high. And he sent a note telling me to "exercise exercise exercise"
You get high Tri's more by not doing anything and lack of excercise and sitting around rather than diet and what you eat..
The good thing about this is, you save this Doctors note. Join a gym, hire a Trainer for 50 bucks an hour, and you can write it all off with your taxes..
Thats what I did for 2004.. Few thousand bucks in Training. You can write off all that exercise expense if your doctor says you have to excercise, and if it is documented.
Not sure if you can write off things like a bike or running shoes from your taxes, but im 100% sure you can write off the montly gym fees and personal training.
