It's a mixture of good and bad people just like everywhere else in society. I'd say it's 50% acting entitled and arrogant, and the other half are appreciative and good people

But yes, a lot of them are unappreciative and are just going to be doing what they were doing in N.O. Living in the ghetto taking welfare checks and not working. But that applies to the white people too. A lot of them are lazy and acting a fool too, just like the black folks. I've met them, I've seen them, and it's a mixture. It's going to be a LARGER population in Houston of lazy and hand-out gropers, as well as a LARGER population of hard working people. Just gotta take the good with the bad.
