I've actually given this some thought:
1) They should revoke his citizenship, (he is from The Philippines)
2) Send him back to The Philippines, where
a. he is dragged from the back of a jeepney from Olongapo to Subic City and back
b. ran over by a gang of trike drivers;
c. thrown into the Santa Rita River (aka as shit river)
d. forced to swim across it
e. finally stabbed to death with a street vendor's used barbecue skewers.
