To be honest, was never really a fan of NATS until we used it for MayorsMoney and have to say its quite awesome piece of software!
Like anything takes a little time to adapt and figure out ALL the features, but I'm certain its strengths far outweigh any weaknesses and support has been awesome in addressing any issues we have had...
